Ben Crawford
PRESIDENT | CEO
Ben R. Crawford currently serves as President & CEO of ETI. Prior to joining ETI, Ben provided Industrial Services in Heat Treatments for 25+ years and worked for the three largest North American providers, Bodycote, Bluewater, and Paulo.
He has held titles of COO, Vice President and Regional Operations Manager directing up to $100.0 M in revenues, twenty-facilities and seven-hundred employees in three countries. During his time, he has guided growth, acquisitions and transaction events.
His experiences include working for publicly traded companies, private equity, and family-owned businesses. In 2018, he built Paulo’s first green-field plant in Monterrey, Mexico serving Brembo Brakes. Mr. Crawford participates annually raising funds for Tatum’s Bags of Funds helping local children with cancer. Mr. Crawford received a B.B.A. in Business Administration in 1992 from Indiana State University, his M.B.A from Bethel College, IN in 2002.
Kayla Alexander
Chief Financial Officer
Kayla Alexander currently serves as CFO of ETI and ETI Fab, Inc. Prior to joining the ETI network, Kayla provided consulting services as a CPA with Ernst & Young. She specialized as a tax, technology, and transaction consultant for privately held and public companies. During her time with Ernst & Young, Kayla earned her CPA and received the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification for process improvement and efficiency.
In 2017 and 2018, she was nominated by Junior Achievement as one of Indy’s Best and Brightest accountants under 40. She has been recognized for her contributions to the community, including serving on the young professional board of Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. Kayla received a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2012 and an M.B.A in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2014.

Daryl Campbell
Chief Operating Officer
Daryl’s exceptional leadership skills allow him to influence and inspire his engineering team to bring their best to ETI.
As Chief Operating Officer, Daryl leads his team in product development and design, quality systems, manufacturing process development, and improvement.
Outside of work, Daryl enjoys fishing, racing, country music, and family and friend engagements.

Patrick Bartell
Chief Sales Officer
Patrick Bartell is an experienced sales leader in the Electric Process Heat & Control industry.
Patrick has been highly successful in implementing sales teams and processes as a manufacturer’s representative and distributor.

Teresa Hes
Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain
Teresa
Teresa entered the manufacturing industry in 1992, where she gained extensive experience working in Customer Service for various manufacturing companies.
An advocate for moving forward and trying new things, Teresa is fond of quoting Henry Ford, who said, “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”

John Hall
Production Planner
John is a master of methodology, producing, implementing, and improving the processes that keep ETI moving.
As the Shipping and Receiving Manager, John oversees all the day-to-day operations of all incoming and outgoing goods.
In his free time, John enjoys a good conversation about space, futurism, and any interesting ideas.
